Shereef has an abundance of sales knowledge, business management and community business development. He is a qualified Real Estate Agent who specializes in property sales as well as body corporate building management.
Whiterose Pty Ltd
Whiterose Pty Ltd was established by Shereef Abdelrazek in 1996. Its success has been achieved with a fundamental business model of hard work and determination. Over the years the company has developed cafes and restaurants and focused on developing and re-building businesses in the hospitality industry. In 2007 the company purchased management rights and assigned Angela Abdelrazek as the second director. It was during this time that Angela performed property management and property sales within the complex. Both Shereef and Angela are now the Solito On-site Managers who both hold their full real estate license.

Angela has assisted Shereef in businesses for the past twenty-one years. Angela has focused on administration of their company allowing a balance between work and their three children. Angela has worked within real estate for 5 years as a qualified Real Estate Agent. She brings great knowledge to perform all property management duties.
We aim to provide a professional, efficient and effective service by dedicating our time to the most important part of Solito; the resident owners, investors and tenants. We do this by employing an assistant property manager, gardeners, cleaners and a pool maintenance specialist, leaving us free to personally attend to all the Property Management, Sales and Body Corporate aspects of Solito.

There is no requirement to notify the Body Corporate for an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and all owners are encourage to attend as an AGM requires at least 25% owners to attend (or to complete & submit the issued Voting Papers) to proceed.
